At Stride Rite, we want to ensure your little ones have the perfect fit and comfort for every adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn merchandise within 45 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Generate and print a prepaid USPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack the Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return authorization form included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
